Our DREAM in action
The #GrowProgressEngage movement is driving the GPE Group towards a new strategy to (re)design a more responsible Children's Fashion that considers both humanity and the planet.
Because "being a child means having dreams, and being an adult means making them come true," the aim of this movement is to act with agility and support today's dreams so that they can be realized tomorrow.
Our actions, aimed at (re)designing a Children's Fashion that is more Respectful, Ethical, Voluntary, and Fulfilling, are a testament to our commitment. Whether driven by the Group, its Brands, or its employees, they all embody our DREAM for tomorrow.

Our Group's Actions:
Measuring, Reducing, and Communicating the Impacts
Throughout its lifecycle, textile products have numerous environmental impacts, including CO2 emissions, energy consumption, water consumption and pollution, soil pollution, and waste production.
This year, the GPE Group is developing its very first enhanced Carbon Footprint Report at the Group level to measure its impact and identify priorities in its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction plan and eco-design strategy.
This report combines a carbon footprint assessment with a precise and comprehensive measurement of the carbon footprint of products sold. The measurement is based on the reference year 2021 and follows a calculation method certified by the ADEME (French Environment and Energy Management Agency).
Group Actions:
Ethical and Traceable Production
From the harvesting of raw materials to the shipment of finished products, the textile industry involves multiple actors and operations. These stages present numerous challenges, including production chain opacity, environmental impacts, health concerns, and social risks for workers.
Recognizing these issues, the GPE Group has established the Compliance and Engagement Program for the industry. This program embodies our commitment to being closely involved with our suppliers. Whether through direct presence or by gathering valuable information from them, we ensure comprehensive oversight of our supply chain globally. Our mission is to select partners based on financial, technical, and ethical requirements while ensuring traceable production.

Group Actions:
BEE Together, BEE Happy, BEE GPE
The approximately 2,000 employees are the greatest asset of the GPE Group. They are the ones who make its operations and success possible. The diversity of profiles and roles gives the GPE Group its unique character.
The BEE Together program has been initiated to support the improvement of daily life and well-being. Its mission is to create a community of "BEEs" while ensuring alignment of values and the participation of each individual. By promoting listening, dialogue, and group cohesion, BEE introduces a new way to celebrate and engage all GPE employees.
Du Pareil... au mieux Actions:
Good Riddance
Once worn out, no longer fitting, or simply outgrown, we often tend to get rid of our old pairs of shoes.
With " Good Riddance", the Brand introduces an initiative in selected stores for the collection of used shoes that are still in good condition, partnering with I:CO. These shoes will be reused through donations, giving them a new life. As for shoes that are no longer in good condition, they will be recycled through appropriate sorting processes. In both cases, it marks the beginning of a new lifecycle for your shoes, while reducing the production of unnecessary virgin materials.

The first steps towards eco-design
With "Du Pareil... au mieux", the Brand is taking its very first steps towards eco-design. By prioritizing the use of organic cotton in its children's lingerie and recycled polyester for padding in ski suits and down jackets, the Brand is rethinking its production process to gradually reduce its environmental impact. In doing so, it aims to create a world that children love while being mindful of the environment.
Our Natalys actions:
More sustainable creations
In order to further reduce the impact of its production, Natalys is committed to ensuring greater durability of its creations. It aspires for its little clothes to be much more than functional in the eyes of parents. It wants them to be passed down from one child to another, from one generation to the next, like a happy memory.
To achieve this, the brand relies, on one hand, on meticulous and careful finishing work, and on the other hand, on a predominant proportion of exceptional and eco-friendly textiles, guaranteeing comfort and safety for the most delicate skin.

Our Natalys actions:
Respecting resources
The Natalys teams leverage their creativity to make the most of small fabric scraps and integrate the remnants from previous collections. This initiative not only reduces fabric production but also minimizes waste.
As a result, the brand has been able to design numerous accessories that complement its looks throughout the seasons, such as knotted barrettes, scrunchies, scarves, and tote bags. The repurposing of remnants from the Spring/Summer 2021 collection led to the creation of four new models for maternity and baby girl wardrobes.
Our actions, Sergent Major:
The Plume Major Prize. It is a major literary competition for children organized to encourage creativity through writing, but also an opportunity for the Brand to support the Read & Share Association, which promotes the transmission of the joy of reading across generations.
The second edition of the Plume Prize was, once again, a fantastic adventure, with over 300 participants and 10 selected stories that will be published in an illustrated anthology sold to benefit the association. It's a wonderful way for the Brand to bring its slogan to life: Stories abound!
