Factory sourcing
Supplier sourcing is the practice of carefully evaluating and choosing appropriate factories or manufacturing facilities for the production of our garments. This entails the task of discovering and cultivating partnerships with trustworthy suppliers or manufacturers capable of fulfilling specific production criteria, maintaining high-quality standards, and addressing cost-related factors.

Fabrics management
The fabric management includes the efficient handling and control of fabrics throughout the production process.
It involves activities like sourcing, purchasing fabrics, inventory management, tracking fabric usage, and ensuring proper utilization of fabrics to minimize waste.
This process helps optimize production, streamline operations, and maintain cost-effectiveness while ensuring timely delivery of quality garments.
Costing
The costing process encompasses various activities, including the identification, classification, estimation, allocation, analysis, control, methods, transparency, and continuous improvement. By prioritizing these crucial aspects, GPE can enhance their cost management capabilities, make informed decisions, improve profitability, and sustain a competitive edge in the market.
