The Tasks and responsibilities
"Global Quotation"
It consists of creating a quotation that includes information about prices, conditions, delivery times, and specifications.
The entirety of these activities ensures the smooth functioning of supplier/customer relationships.
It also provides a comprehensive and accurate overview of costs and conditions related to the supply of products and services for our clothing production process.
"Fabrics / Trims Management"
This refers to the process of effectively managing and supervising the procurement, inventory, utilization of fabrics / trims in various manufacturing and production operations.
Based on these facts, 'GPE China' exports these materials to the offices in Vietnam and Bangladesh to ensure the continuity of our clothing design processes.
Sampling / Fitting
Regarding "sampling," it involves testing and evaluating the designs, fit, construction, and overall quality of prototype garments and samples before initiating their mass production.
About "fitting," it entails testing the trial products on models or fit models to assess their fit, comfort, and more.
All these processes ensure that the final products meet the given standards and maintain the highest possible quality.
Quality Check
Quality check involves sending a collaborator to factories nationwide to inspect garments, ensuring they meet quality standards.
The collaborator works with factory personnel to address any issues and find solutions for improvement.
This process ensures consistent high-quality products and upholds the brand's reputation.
Shipements through sea and air
The exportation process involves shipping goods through sea and air, to deliver the products all around Europe.
