"Merchandising"
- Factory sourcing
( Finding and selecting manufacturing facilities to produce goods for the company, considering factors such as capabilities, quality, and pricing )
- Fabrics management
( Effective handling and organization of the fabrics. It involves activities such as sourcing, inventory management, storage, and distribution of fabrics to ensure their availability for the production process )
- Costing
( Determining the expenses associated with the production, It also involves analyzing various cost factors to determine the total cost of production )
- Factory allocation
( Assigning production orders to specific factories )
- Production follow-up
( Monitoring and overseeing the production process to ensure it stays on track and meets quality standards )
Sampling / Fitting / Quality check
"Sampling, fitting, and quality check" are essential processes in the garment production.
"Sampling" involves checking the prototypes to evaluate design and fit.
"Fitting" ensures garments fit well on models and allows for necessary adjustments.
For the "Quality check" we make a rigorous inspection to ensure products meet desired standards.
